When we got there, I asked about having 2 more people in a queen bedroom. When reserving, I had said 4 people, but every time I did something, it would default to 2. When done, I forgot to change it to 4 people. I did the chat with someone, and I was assured I wouldn't be charged sin e it was the kind of room to have 4. Well, Indian woman said no, they had to charge more, and the website would lie to make a commission. And that lots of people eat all their breakfast. Luckily, my friends didn't make it. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. No bagels, orange juice, creamer, coffee stirs, or peanut butter. Very plain breakfast. The room was also very plain. There are no drawers or enough towels for 2 days. Needs to be dusted. You can see lots of dirt on frame. The location was not bad.

Great place for the price. Front counter lady was really nice. The room was clean. The restroom was clean and organized. Only thing is the water pressure on the shower other than that would recomend and stay again here on my next trip.
Breakfast isnt very good. Everything else was great!!! They have hot water unlike other hotels in Galveston.
Beds were comfortable and room was clean. They advertised breakfast from 6-9 we were there at 8 and all they had was cereal and mini muffins. Pool was clean.
The woman at the front desk was super sweet and helpful! Very kind. Our room was large and the ac worked very well. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was very clean and passed my inspection. Nothing creepy crawley. There's a small refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker. The location is good. Not on the beach, but not far either. Five minute drive at most. They have a continental breakfast in the morning. There's a laundry room and a fitness area. Plenty of parking. Apparently they do cruise parking for $10 a day and provide a shuttle to the cruise ports, but not from the cruise ports back to the hotel. But $10 is less expensive than Port parking. Overall, it's a good place to stay. Comfortable and quiet. No complaints from us.
